Section 1 - Home‑Based Bakery Disclosure

We are a home‑based bakery operating under Florida Cottage Food Laws. All products are made in a private residence that is not subject to routine food safety inspections. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this.

Section 2 - Online Ordering & Payments

Our website is hosted through Wix, and payments are processed securely through Wix’s approved payment providers. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure payment is completed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Section 3 - Order Processing & Lead Times

All baked goods are made to order. Processing times vary depending on product type and order volume. Estimated pickup or delivery times will be provided at checkout or through follow‑up communication. We may decline or reschedule orders during high‑volume periods or for any reason that affects production capacity.

Section 4 -Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

We currently offer:

Local pickup at a mutually agreed location
Local delivery within designated areas (if applicable)
No shipping unless explicitly stated

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time. Products not picked up within 24 hours may be discarded without refund.

Section 5 -Refunds, Cancellations & Order Changes

Because our products are custom-made:

All sales are final
No refunds are offered once an order is placed
Cancellations or changes may be accepted only if requested within 24 hours of ordering and at our discretion

If an issue arises with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery so we can assist.

Section 6 -Allergies & Food Safety

Our products do not use any dairy, eggs or nuts. However, these items may be present in the facility and may come into contact with these common allergens. We do not guarantee allergen-free products. By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for reviewing ingredient information and managing personal allergy risks. We do use coconut, soy and wheat in our products at this time.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, and pricing. However:
