Baking has never been just a hobby for us — it’s a passion woven into our lives. I fell in love with the magic of baking as a child. Sharing those creations with the people I loved was always my favorite part.

I have worked many years in the culinary industry in traditional bakeries.  When my child was born and diagnosed with allergies to dairy, eggs, nuts, and several other ingredients I found birthdays and events challenging. Suddenly, baking wasn’t just about creativity, it was about inclusion. I wanted my child to enjoy the same delicious pastries the rest of the family could, without compromise. So, I began crafting treats that were safe, flavorful, and full of the same love I grew up with. What started as a necessity became a mission.

Now, I want to share that mission with you.
